Create a shortcut to fnv4gb.exe in your Fallout NV folder and add -SteamAppId 22490 as a launch parameter. I'm not sure if it may be a mod that's suppose to eliminate glitches or NVSE, 4GB patch, or fake fullscreen. The one in 'my games' then in FNV's folder and vise versa. Holy crap I knew something about the technical side.
